About MyPic: Description: • Access photos from your service provider to place print orders remotely System Requirements: • iOS 4.0 and later • Internet Connection • E-Mail account to automatically configure the server How to use: • You need an E-Mail with the MyPic-Url from your service provider to access the content • Select the photos you want to order in the "Photos" tab You can switch between "Select" and "Fullscreen" by toggle the action button on the top right corner • Use the "Selection" tab to enter and review your selected photos. By pressing "Edit Selection" you are able to choose the format and quantity of your selected photos The price and handling fee will also be visible here • Use send job to place the order for your selected photos • The "Settings" tab is for manually configuration of the network settings to access a MyPic Server About MyPicServer: Description: • Share pictures from your photo session • Give customers the opportunity to select the photos at home on their iOS device. System Requirements: • Mac OS X 10.6.7 • Fast internet connection (up- and download) How to use: Setup Server • Enter your external IP address in the info tab. This info will be sent to your MyPic Customers to access your server later on • Enter the port you are using for this machine. Normally you have to configure a port forwarding rule in your internet router. Image Container Select "New Image Container". This creates a container that will be used to hold and share the photos you assign to this container ID: The ID can't be changed and is unique for each container Designation: You can give the container a name to identify it Description: More informations about your container Photos: The number of pictures inside this container iOS URL: Double click to export the URL to your default mail client Advanced: Password, currency, permissions and Image resolution settings Handling Fee: Enter the handling fee your customer has to pay for your service i.E. shipping costs. Container Details Select a Container and press the "Container Details" button. Here you can choose the photos you would like to share. Double click on "Message / Info / Title" to give your customer more Infos about this photo. Double click "Price and Format" to set the format and your price for your photos. You can set standard values in the preferences of the MyPicServer. Jobs The "Jobs" tab will show you the jobs your customers send back to the server Select a Job and use the "Open Job" button to jump to the folder in the finder with the order details. The "jobdetails.txt" will show all order dates. The folders are named after the format the customer want his photos to be printed.
