Q: Are there more infos how the 'Port Redirection' is done with my internet router?
A: You can find more infos with different router configurations on our iShare info page.

Q: Which ports are used inside MyPicServer?
A: TCP Port 7011 is used to get infos about external ip address, test connection communication and in app purchase functions. All other ports are defined in the 'Setup' tab at your own choice.

Q: What are the system requirements?
A: Mac OS 10.7.4, internet connection, Apple Mail and an internet router with port forwarding abilities

Q: MyPicServer runs in a Sandbox - why?
A: An app that is not sandboxed has access to all user-accessible system resources—including the built-in camera and microphone, network sockets, printing, and most of the file system. If successfully attacked by malicious code, such an app can behave as a hostile agent with wide-ranging potential to inflict harm. Through App-Sanboxing MyPicServer is completely secure.
